Drawing Rules
- If you would like to enter the drawing prior to the fly-in, call or fax or email , specifiy the number of coupons you desire and give your mailing address. After receiving the coupons, fill them out and mail in with your donation to: EAA GPS, 406 N Mulberry St, Richmond, VA 23220. Entries must be postmarked no later than September 1, 2002. More than one per envelope is permitted. A minimum donation of $2.00 per coupon is suggested (or $10 for six), but larger donations are encouraged (no minimum required).
- ONLY official drawing coupons will be accepted. No machine and/or electronic correspondence will be accepted. No responsibility will be assumed for late, lost, misdirected,damaged, illegible or postage due entries. Limited additional coupons are available from 406 N Mulberry St, Richmond, VA 23220. Send a self-addressed, stamped business size (#10) envelope.
- Official drawing coupons will be available at three locations during the fly-in; these are: Entrance Gate, Water Tent and Aircraft Registration.
- Winning entries will be selected at Dinwiddie County Airport, on September 8, 2002. Decision of the judges is final. Winners will be announced there and informed by mail and published in Virginia Wings.
- The drawing isto all and each entry has an equal chance to win. The Sweepstakes will begin when the first entry is received.
- The Virginia Council of EAA Chapters, Inc. is a charitable, IRS 501 c(3) organization and contributions are always welcome. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
- Winner is responsible for all federal, local, and state taxes.
- Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.
- No substitutions or cash alternative will be offered.
- Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation.
- The Virginia Council of EAA Chapters, Inc. reserves the right to amend and interpret these rules.
